How to set up your email account:

·         You can access your email in several ways:

• By using a third party email package like MS Outlook Express, MS Outlook, Eudora

  • Each of these email packages have unique instructions for setup and we suggest you consult the product user manual for each

  • These email packages will require the location of your email files, which we process on the following servers:

    • Incoming POP3 mail server:        mail.becinet.org 

    • Outgoing SMTP mail server:        mail.becinet.org

• By using the Internet web mail program provided with your Web Purchase Plan

  • Open your web browser and connect to the web mail login screen at this location

    • http://69.49.238.2/ or http://email.ixwebhosting.com

  The login screen to the right will appear. Type the following: UserName: Your full email address (e.g.carlmerez @ becinet.org) Password:  The password assigned (please remember to change your password once you login) Frequently asked questions for Horde web mail can be viewed at the following web site:  http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ

  • If you encounter problems with premature session expiration and erratic behavior of this mail system please check your browser settings as follows:

    • click Tools->Internet Options->Privacy in your Internet Explorer and check cookie policy

      • This web mail program should be allowed to deliver client session cookies to your pc.

    • Also, as the web mail system is sensitive client session variables, please do not use Explorer navigation (Back, Forward etc) - use only the Horde web mail program navigation links.

How to add data and/or update pages on your web site:

·         Forward your typed new or updated information to the TIM LLC design team

• Allow 2-5 work days for updates to appear on your web site

• Additional pages (above the basic 12) will be billed at the price quoted in your original proposal from TIM LLC.
